1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BE Portal (the 'Portal'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. This Portal is operated by the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University.

2. Eligibility

Access to this Portal is restricted to currently enrolled students, academic staff, officers, lecturers, and registered alumni of the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University. You must use your institutional credentials to access protected areas of the Portal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Portal or its related systems
• Use the Portal to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the university
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Portal
• Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you

4. Academic Use & Pre-Registration

The pre-registration feature allows eligible students to express interest in courses before the official enrolment period. Submission through this Portal does not guarantee enrolment. Final course allocation is subject to faculty rules, quota availability, and academic requirements. Students are responsible for verifying their pre-registration results through the official university system.

5. Your Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). By using the Portal, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Portal following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
